Docs On Call is an affordable option that provided medical guidance in a home setting that can further reduce the spread of a contagious disease.

How do you access Docs On Call?
Download the Docs On Call app or visit ardent.docsoncall.com today. Enter “Ardent” in the service key.

The most effective way to prevent the spread of any communicable disease is to avoid contact with those who are sick, and stay home if you are sick.  Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Keep your hands away from your face if possible.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling services and referrals, including five face-to-face visits per issue. EAP is available to employees and their family members to help cope with anxiety, stress, or other issues related to the impact of COVID-19. The EAP is available 24/7, and you do not need to be enrolled in one of our medical plans to use it.
