Welcome to Ardent

Welcome to 2022 Annual Benefits Enrollment!

Our Annual Enrollment period will be November 8 - 19.

Ardent is proud of the competitive and comprehensive benefits package that we offer our employees. We encourage you to take the time to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.

Annual Enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your current benefit elections for 2022.

If you are enrolled for 2021, you will be automatically re-enrolled in your current medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans for 2022. If you do not wish to make changes, your current elections will roll over, and your premiums will be adjusted to reflect the new rates and any plan changes will apply. Visit www.getardentbenefits.com/enroll to view plan cost. You must enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or a Health Savings Account (HSA) if you want to participate in these for 2022. Your 2021 benefit elections for these accounts will not automatically roll over.

Benefit elections and changes cannot be made outside of the Annual Enrollment period unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE), such as a change in marital status, the birth or adoption of a child, a change in your spouse’s work status or coverage, etc. Benefits elections or changes made during Annual Enrollment are effective January 1, 2022. Don’t forget to review and update your life insurance beneficiary information online.
