Our Annual Enrollment period will be October 30 - November 17, 2023.

This year, you must take action to enroll before the deadline – even if you do not plan to make changes to your benefit elections. Your benefit elections from 2023 will not roll over. If you fail to choose coverage, you and your family will not have medical, dental or vision coverage or spending accounts for 2024.

Annual Enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your current benefit elections for 2024. We encourage you to take some time to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.

What’s new?

  • Along with a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), Ardent has previously offered an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan. In 2024, the EPO plan will change to an Open Access Plan (OAP) with value-based pricing.*
  • Ameritas is our new dental provider with a national network of dentists. Two plan options are available for 2024 coverage.
  • To enhance our member experience and satisfaction, we will partner with Quantum Health in 2024 for healthcare advocacy and concierge services.
  • All members enrolled in medical and dental will receive a new ID card.
  • For 2024, all employees will be under the same life and disability policies; changes and rates will be available in the enrollment portal.
  • The HDHP deductibles in the Ardent Network tier will increase to $1,600 for individuals and $3,200 for families to comply with IRS rules.
  • The IRS is increasing the amount you can contribute to your HSA for 2024. Ardent contributions count toward this maximum. The HSA contribution limit for an individual with self-coverage will be $4,150. The 2024 HSA limit for individuals with family coverage will be $8,300.

Your Annual Enrollment Checklist

 Learn about your options.

Enroll or make changes to your current elections between October 30 and November 17, 2023.

  • Gather your dependents’ information. You will need dates of birth and Social Security numbers for your newly added dependents.
  • Go to www.getardentbenefits.com/enroll to make your elections.
  • If you are new to our enrollment tool, you can select Create an account. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to create your account. You will need to have access to your email and use your phone number for verification to register.
  • If you already have an account, visit the enrollment site, enter your email user ID, and then enter your password. Select how you want to receive the verification code (by email or phone) and then enter the code to verify your information.

Review and confirm your choices.

  • Review your benefits elections.
  • Make sure to submit your elections.
  • Save or print a copy of your benefits summary page.

Verify your dependents.
You must verify any newly added dependents. You will receive a communication from the Ardent Benefits Service Center about the required documentation and the steps you must take to complete the dependent verification process.
