You may enroll for benefits as a new hire and during the yearly Annual Enrollment period.

New Hire Enrollment

If you are new to Ardent, welcome to the team! You will find enrollment instructions and a checklist of what you need to do in the new hire information section. You have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll, and your coverage will go into effect the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to evaluate all of the benefit options that Ardent offers, compare coverage and costs, and choose the plans that will best meet your needs in the coming year.

Ardent offers convenient online enrollment through the enrollment website. To log on to the website, you need your login name and password. If you don’t have an account, click Register to create a new account using your Social Security number, date of birth and company code “ardent” (lowercase). If you need help, call The Ardent Benefit Service Center at 855-787-0668.

The benefit elections you make during Annual Enrollment remain in effect for the plan year (January 1 through December 31). You may change coverage only due to a Qualified Life Event, and you must do so within 31 days of the event.
