You may enroll for benefits as a new hire and during the yearly Open Enrollment period.

New Hire Enrollment

If you are new to Ardent, welcome to the team! You will find enrollment instructions and a checklist of what you need to do in the new hire information section. You have 31 days from your date of hire to enroll, and your coverage will go into effect the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to evaluate all of the benefit options that Ardent offers, compare coverage and costs, and choose the plans that will best meet your needs in the coming year.

Ardent offers convenient online enrollment through the enrollment website. To log on to the website, you need your login name and password. Click here for instructions. If you need help, call benefitsolver at 844-411-4780.

The benefit elections you make during Open Enrollment remain in effect for the plan year (January 1 through December 31). You may change coverage only due to a Qualified Life Event, and you must do so within 31 days of the event.
